1. Tech Pack Creation

After finalizing your design concept during our meeting, we create technical sketches clear, detailed flat drawings that guide the production process. These visuals are essential for ensuring accuracy and removing ambiguity before moving into the next phase.

3. Pattern Making

This is where we turn your technical sketches into sewing patterns the blueprints used to cut fabric for your garment. A well-made pattern ensures accuracy in fit, proportion, and construction throughout the production process.

4. Sample Creation

With the pattern finalized, we move on to cutting and sewing your first sample. This is the first tangible version of your design a working prototype we use to evaluate fit, construction, and overall look before production.

5. Pattern Grading

Once the sample is finalized and any revisions are complete, we grade the pattern pieces to fit your specified size range.

6. Time Study

Once you're satisfied with the prototype, we conduct a time study by sewing 9 additional units typically across your full size range.

This helps us verify grading accuracy and determine an accurate production cost based on real sewing times.

7. Production Cutting & Sewing

With final samples approved across all sizes and any last changes made, we begin production cutting and sewing.

Congratulations your product is ready for the production floor!
